BRICK MARKERS USA has named this unique procedure, the Vitralase® process. The laser is used to create a process called vitrification. The Vitralase® process eliminates the fading, cost, and maintenance problems obtained with the paint, epoxy or grout-filled methods and produces a far longer lasting brick, as opposed to sandblasting and pantograph engraving procedures.
